Scarlet Springs Farm is looking for energetic, dependable team members to help us create memorable experiences for our guests. This is a part-time, hourly position supporting events, luxury picnics, and farm experiences throughout the season. 

 

Our team helps bring events to life—from welcoming guests to preparing picnic setups—so this role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a small, collaborative team.

Responsibilities may include:
• Assisting with guest parking and welcoming visitors to the farm
• Setting up and supporting our luxury picnic experiences
• Prepping & assembling charcuterie boards and delivering food to picnic sites
• Setting and clearing tables during events
• Washing dishes and maintaining food service areas
• Helping guide guests around the property, including directing them to restrooms
• Supporting Highland cow immersion experiences (e.g., preparing hay and assisting with guest flow)
• Assisting with venue preparation such as moving tables and chairs
• Wiping down tables, chairs, and windows before events
• Restocking and lightly cleaning restrooms before guest arrival

What we’re looking for:
• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented individuals
• Comfortable working outdoors in a farm setting
• Ability to stay active and move throughout shifts (lifting, walking, carrying items)
• Consistent weekend availability preferred with select weekday shifts
• A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Over 18 with reliable transportation
